Terms of Use (EULA)

Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cue and related services provided by Post Brew LLC through socialcognition.io and supported ChatGPT integrations.

Eligibility and accounts

• Cue is for adults 18 and older.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You must be legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction.

User content and acceptable use

• Do not use Cue to violate laws, harm others, or infringe rights.
• Do not post, send, request, or promote objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, exploitative, pornographic, or illegal content.
• Cue has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service infrastructure.
• You remain responsible for your decisions, conversations, and offline interactions.

You can report objectionable content or abusive users from chat and profile surfaces in the app, block users from contacting you, or contact us through the support form. We review reports and act on confirmed violations, including removing content or suspending accounts, within 24 hours when required for user safety or App Store compliance.

Service nature

Cue provides informational coaching and matching support. It is not legal, medical, or mental-health advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

Optional AI features

Cue uses OpenAI, a third-party AI service provider, to provide optional profile and match recommendations, compatibility analysis, coaching and conversation suggestions, preference-based personalization and memory learning, curation, and Dating Agent features. Before personal data is sent to OpenAI, Cue presents an in-app disclosure describing the relevant data categories and purposes and asks for your permission. You may decline or later revoke permission in Settings and continue using Cue's non-AI profile, standard Discover, matching, and chat features.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice or a guarantee of compatibility, safety, identity, intent, or relationship outcomes. You remain responsible for your decisions and interactions. Details about data sent to OpenAI, processing purposes, retention, and your choices are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Payments and subscriptions

Cue offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including Cue Plus Monthly and Cue Dating Agent Monthly. Each plan is a 1-month auto-renewable subscription that provides access to the features described in the app before purchase. Prices and availability are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Purchases are optional. The main app experience is available after sign-in, and paid plans unlock additional features or higher access levels as shown in the app.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated profile, chat, matching, memory, and personalization data, except for records we must retain for safety, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or moderation purposes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety, abuse, or fraud risk.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties, and Post Brew LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
